Refund Policy

At KidCoven, your satisfaction and your baby’s comfort come first. Our Refund Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair so you can shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for:

  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

  • Items that do not match the description

  • Missing items from your order

  • Orders that never arrive (verified via tracking)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and photo/video proof (if applicable)

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

We always aim to resolve issues quickly and politely.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Baby pacifiers

  • Baby bottles & feeders

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale products

We do this to ensure every child receives brand-new, untouched products.


3. Returning Your Item

If a return is required, our team will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status.


4. Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

We will send you an email confirmation once your refund is complete.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, you may still request a return after delivery.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card or payment provider

  3. If needed, reach out to us at support@kidcoven.com

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send us:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

  • Photos or video of the issue

We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

8. Lost or Never-Delivered Orders

If tracking shows your package is lost or stuck for an unreasonable time, our team will work with the carrier to locate it.
If it cannot be found, we’ll provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A 100% refund, whichever you prefer.
